Sweet Chile Shrimp Skewers
Summer seems to bring out the Grill Chef in everyone. Even though summer temperatures in Florida seem to mimick that of a propane grill (whew!), we still do it! I think we all just seem to get addicted to outdoor life this time of year. The kids playing in the pool or drawing with sidewalk chalk brings out the kid in all of us.

This summer time recipe for a grilling favorite can be made during cooler months too! I just simply use my broiler pan in the oven, close to the elemnets on a Low Broil for 3 minutes each side. The sugar from the raw honey will blacken up and resemble grilling!! Yes, really!
